TFB asks Congress to pass critical assistance for agriculture

The following statement may be attributed to Texas Farm Bureau President Russell Boening.

"Texas Farm Bureau (TFB) strongly supports the Continuing Resolution (CR) that includes critically needed economic assistance, as well as other provisions important to farm and ranch families across Texas and the nation. We urge Congressional leaders to vote YES on this must-pass legislation to ensure producers are able to continue feeding and clothing consumers worldwide. 

"We thank the members of Congress who helped to secure this critically needed assistance and strongly urge the U.S. House and Senate to see this important legislation through by voting YES. Farmers and ranchers are counting on Congress to act swiftly and boldly."
